If a covered defect appears, we will repair or replace the device at our discretion, free of charge, and pay the shipping both ways.
What's not covered. Physical damage (drops, cracks, dents), water or liquid damage, damage from misuse, negligence, intentional damage, unauthorised repair or opening of the device, use of chargers or accessories not supplied with it, normal wear and tear and cosmetic changes, loss or theft.
How to claim. Share your order number and a short video of the issue with our support team within the warranty period. Proof of purchase is required. The replacement carries the remainder of the original warranty.

Thought I would give this a shot. It follows the jawline nicely, ypu can feel the pulsing. Not sure if I notice much of a difference between each setting though. The balls do roll smoothly. Hopefully overtime i will see some improvement.
